Wellcome Collection

Wellcome Collection is the free visitor destination for the incurably curious. Located at 183 Euston Road, London, it explores the connections between medicine, life and art in the past, present and future. The amazing venue offers visitors contemporary and historic exhibitions and collections, lively public events and the world-renowned Wellcome Library. Wellcome Collection is part of the Wellcome Trust, the world’ s largest independent charitable foundation funding research into human and animal health.

As part of a £17.5 million development project, which will create new galleries and spaces to meet overwhelming demand on Wellcome Collection we have been working together with the development team to create a new interactive exhibit for the iconic Reading Room. The reading room will transform into a new kind of participatory space – a room full of extraordinary and intriguing things to see, do and discuss.

The Reading room will open spring 2015.
