Sales- and customer developer with experience from the museum or non-profit industry
Interspectral produces interactive 3D visualizations and digital twins for multiple markets all over the world. We have customers in 30 countries and millions of users every year interacting with our high-tech solutions and trailblazing applications within both science communication and professional industry. Working at Interspectral will include close teamwork with both our software creators, with specialists within 3D production and user experience gurus, but also with some of the world’s most famous museums. We are equally proud to be working with both small and big customers, such as British Museum, Field Museum, Queensland Museum, Universeum, International Spy Museum and Duetsches Röntgen Museum and in close connection with their teams of experts and researchers.
Our product, Inside Explorer, is still rare in its industry and our main goal is to create engaging exhibits that support learning in a new and exciting way. In a world of fake news, science communication has never been more important, and we put great value in communicating and delivering engaging and reliable insights to users of all ages.

Interspectral was founded in 2015 and due to addressing new markets and industries, we are still in startup phase. YOUR WORKING ASSIGNMENTS
Our sales representatives have their own stock of customers and regions to work towards with full responsibility for activities, sales and customer relations. Our company headquarters is in Norrköping, Sweden, but you can be based anywhere in the world. You will work with customers all over the globe and showcase Inside Explorer in live and online conferences, fairs and in different talks.
You are expected to approach new customers and markets and be creative finding smart solutions in your own way of working or together with your fellow colleagues.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL, YOU NEED TO SHOW THESE QUALITIES
You are a person who likes it when things happen and becomes a bit impatient if things are not moving fast enough. You proactively expand your business network and explore new markets. You see opportunities where others might problematize, and you are responsive to customer requests and needs. You are patient in longer sales cycles and maintain a warm customer contact by being active and friendly. We believe you highly enjoy negotiating and closing deals and hopefully your personal network will contribute to new connections and new business opportunities for us.
As a person, you like to work towards goals and targets and take responsibility for achieving them. Interspectral is a small company, and we assume that you can be self-managed with team support in the background. In return, we offer freedom and flexibility in a fun and dynamic team. We communicate and collaborate with customers all over the globe, so you need to easily communicate in English both in written and spoken, and if you also have other language skills, it is strongly appreciated. You need to have permission to travel anywhere in the world once we jump back on the live meeting train.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- We need you to have sales experience and preferably knowledge of 3D visualization industry and technologies.
- You have previously worked with networking and presentations in either sales related or customer related positions.
- And probably have professional experience from the educational eco-system, museums or science centers, exhibition design or similar.
- You have an education that is relevant for the position and we believe that you have relevant experience to be successful in this particular industry.

This is a permanent employment with 6 month probation time. You will be a full-time employee and work 37,5 h per week.
