Interactive 3D visualisation will enhance science outreach programme at leading science centre

Since its opening in November 2010, the Copernicus Science Centre (Warsaw, Poland) has welcomed over a million guests per year and become one of the most popular science centres in Europe. It houses several thematic galleries and each year holds a temporary exhibition, with a total of 450 individual exhibits.

The Copernicus Science Centre has now decided to purchase the Inside Explorer Table from Swedish company Interspectral in order to supplement a group of exhibits devoted to human anatomy, presented in travelling exhibitions.

“We believe that the Inside Explorer audiences will have the unique opportunity to explore and discover the human body in ways that cannot be revealed with use of standard anatomical models or educational materials.  Inside Explorer is a great example of valuable use of authentic scientific data and attractive multimedia content in science communication.”

Konrad Wolski-Rzewuski, Copernicus Science Centre

Interspectral will deliver a custom mobile 40” Inside Explorer Table including Human Anatomy content. The solution will be delivered December 2017.

“Copernicus Science Center is a fantastic science museum with very high quality and a very good reputation. We are very proud that the team at Copernicus have chosen Inside Explorer to be a part of the centers outreach  programme.”
